Ocean Explorer Quest Birthday 5-10

Service Description

Celebrate your child's special day with an exciting adventure where kids become ocean explorers. They'll embark on a journey to discover hidden treasure, learn fun facts about marine life, and get hands on at our touch tank, interacting with live local marine creatures. Each party includes admission for the birthday child and two adults, as well as 10 guests accompanied by one adult. Additional children can be added for $5.00/child. Additional adults can be added for $6.00/adult. Final payment will be due on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

PHMA Birthday Party Booking Policy 1. Reservations & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your party date and time. • Full payment is due on the day of the event. If payment is not received, the reservation may be cancelled. • Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the party will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. • Cancellations made within 1 day of the party will forfeit the full payment. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. One reschedule is allowed at no extra charge, based on availability. 3. Guest Count • Each package includes admission of the birthday child and two adults, and up to 10 children accompanied by 10 adults. Additional children can be added for a fee of $5 per child. Additional adults can be added for a fee of (maximum of 30 children total). • Final guest count must be confirmed at least 1 day prior to the event. Final payment will be calculated on the day of the event based on the number of children and adults. 4. Party Times & Duration • Party packages are 2 hours long, which includes one hour of interpreter led activities and use of the party space for the duration of the booking. • Parties must start and end at the scheduled time to ensure availability for other bookings. Additional time can be arranged in advance for a fee, depending on availability. 5. Supervision & Safety • A minimum of 2 adult chaperones must be present for the duration of the party. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the touch tank and live animals. • Guests are expected to follow aquarium rules, including touch tank safety guidelines. 6. Food & Decorations • Outside food and beverages (excluding cake) are not permitted unless approved in advance. • Decorations are allowed but must be pre-approved by aquarium staff. No confetti, glitter, or balloons are permitted for the safety of the animals. 7. Weather & Aquarium Closures • In the event of a weather-related closure or other emergency, we will reschedule the party at no additional charge, based on availability.
