All paid summer jobs with the Mini Aquarium are subsidized through federal and provincial employment programs, and applicants will be placed into the appropriate hiring pool based on the eligibility criteria for each grant.
Depending on approved funding, we will have positions for youth ages 16-30, positions for youth who are enrolled in post-secondary education, and positions for high school students.

Are you chatty? Knowledgeable about local marine life? Or would love to learn about local marine life and share that with the public? Love to read stories and always wanted to be a puppet master?

We have many volunteer activities including interpretation and aquarist positions, school visits, outreach programming,
sleepover and birthday party programs, social media and marketing positions, and gift shop assistance.
