Bringing the Ocean to You - Outreach Program
Our outreach programs bring the magic of the marine world directly to your school, community centre, or event space! Designed for kids of all ages, seniors' homes, guide and scout groups, corporate retreats, and more, this hands-on experience features a live touch tank filled with local marine species, interactive lessons, and engaging activities. Our knowledgeable educators deliver age-appropriate sessions tailored to your group. Whether you’re a preschooler, student, or senior, our outreach program connects you with the wonders of the ocean, right where you are.

Sleepover Program
Dive into the wonders of the ocean as we explore the deep sea and the chilly Arctic! Test your skills in our coral recovery mission game, learn about the amazing adaptions of Arctic animals, and get hands-on with marine life at our touch tank.
Unwind in our cozy indoor “beach campfire” area, where the night sky projector will transport you to a starlit evening by the sea. Enjoy movie screenings on our digital projector and bring your favourite tunes to play over our sound system. With full access to a kitchen, we've got everything your group needs for the perfect overnight adventure!

Make a Splash at your Birthday Party
Celebrate your child’s special day with an unforgettable adventure at the Petty Harbour Mini Aquarium! Our marine-themed birthday parties are designed to inspire curiosity and fun for all ages. For the littlest explorers (ages 4 and under), our Tiny Tides Adventure introduces the magic of the ocean in a playful, sensory-rich experience. Kids ages 5-10 can embark on an exciting Ocean Explorer Quest, diving into hands-on activities and marine discoveries. And for those 10 and up, Deep Sea Discovery takes partygoers on an awe-inspiring journey to the depths of the unknown. Whatever the theme, our parties promise to make waves with unforgettable memories and marine marvels.
