Service Description

We’re introducing our brand-new program designed just for preschoolers! Tailored to inspire curiosity in little ones, this program uses simple, fun activities to introduce marine animals, colours, shapes, and sounds. From playful storytelling to interactive games and songs, our youngest ocean explorers will embark on an adventure of discovery! This program also features our exciting mobile touch tank, where participants can get up close with a variety of local marine creatures. From crabs to sea stars, this hands-on experience is perfect for connecting with the wonders of the ocean up close!


Cancellation Policy

PHMA Outreach Booking Policy 1. Reservations & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your party date and time. • Full payment is due on the day of the event. If payment is not received, the reservation may be cancelled. • Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the party will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party will forfeit the full payment. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. One reschedule is allowed at no extra charge, based on availability. 3. Guest Count • Each package includes admission of the specified number of participants listed when the order is placed. Chaperones and leaders are admitted at no additional charge. • Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the event. We require 1 chaperone per 10 participants for all bookings. 4. Program Times & Duration • Outreach packages are 1 hour long, which includes one hour of interpreter led activities. • Outreach must start and end at the scheduled time to ensure availability for other bookings and safety of the touch tank animals. Additional time can be arranged in advance for a fee, depending on availability. 5. Supervision & Safety • A minimum of 1 adult chaperones must be present for the duration of the program. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the touch tank and live animals. • Participants are expected to follow aquarium rules, including touch tank safety guidelines. 6. Weather & Aquarium Closures • In the event of a weather-related closure or other emergency, we will reschedule the program at no additional charge, based on availability.
